A Fine Boy for Killing

Aboard the British frigate "Welfare" during the Napoleonic Wars are the sadistic captain, Daniel Swift; his well-meaning but confused teenaged nephew, William Bentley; the leader of the restive crew, Jesse Broad, an ex-smuggler; and a young sailor kidnapped from his father's farm, Thomas Fox. When the uneasy peace aboard Swift's cruel ship explodes into violence, Bentley must rise to the occasion--and in the process he matures as both an officer and a human being.
