When Louie and Mary Ann complain to their grandfather about their new baby brother, Willy, he tells them stories about his own younger brother, Wainey, whose naughty behavior makes Willy look like the perfect child. Louie and Mary Ann agree that Wainey is much worse than Willy. However, when they hear about how Wainey saved their grandfather's life, Louie and Mary Ann look at their own younger sibling with new appreciation. The illustrations were created using watercolor paints and black pen.
