Matt Christopher Biography & Notes

Matt Christopher was a semiprofessional baseball player until an injury permanently benched him. His first book, THE LUCKY BASEBALL BAT, was published in 1954. Christopher's specialty is writing children's books with a sports theme--not just limited to his personal specialty, baseball, but also football, hockey, basketball, and a variety of other sports.
