Professionally mounted on linen. Several repaired tears in margins, two entering the image area, now scarcely visible. A very colorful pictorial map depicting the Belgian Congo's (now the Democratic Republic of the Congo) people, animals, art and costume with decorative border of masks. Inspired by antique maps, with a beautiful and elaborate vignette at lower left. .
