London: David Nutt, 1913. Hardcover. Hardcover. 1st edition, full bronze pebbled cloth, without dust jacket (as issued). Specially signed by Frost on the half-title page in fountain pen ink. The celebrated author's first commercially published book, presented here in the very rare first binding of which "no more than 350 copies were bound" in the bronze pebbled cloth (Crane A2, p.8). A beautiful copy, very bright, and signed by this four-time Pulitzer Prize winning poet. A scarce title, especially so signed and in unequalled fine condition. The book is attractively housed in a specially designed archival box, featuring French goat spine, Roma paper boards, mahogany frame, and genuine gold titling. Truly a cornerstone for any Frost collection.

IDB Productions, 2017-01-01. MP3 CD. New. Robert Frost self-confessed that most of the collection was real-life accounts. He drafter the poems were "pretty near being the story of five years" of his life. Particularly, Robert commented that the first poem of the book, "Into My Own", stated how he refused from persons and "Tuft of Flowers" revealed how he "came back to them". In reality, most of the poems were scribed as early as 20 years before. He was definitely satisfied with the collection and said to an associate briefly after its issuance, "I expect to do something to the present state of literature in America."

Same as most of Robert

The author's non-linear poem about the billeting of soldiers in civilian homes in wartime. Copy 89 of a limited edition of 250. Folded into the form of a letter, the work was letterpress printed in wraps of handmade "combat paper" made from military uniforms. The author says: "Some time ago-maybe a year, maybe two?
