Glücksburg. - Brief an Christine, verwitwete Herzogin von Sachsen-Gotha-Altenburg, geborene Prinzessin von Baden-Durlach. Handschrift mit eigenhändiger Unterschrift. 18. Dez. 1705. 31 cm. 1 Seiten auf Doppelbogen, auf der Rückseite schwarzes Lacksiegel (Durchmesser 2,5 cm) und Adresse. - Biogr. Lex. Schlesw. VIII, 289f (vgl.) - Philipp Ernst (1673 - 1729), Herzog von Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg-Glücksburg (ältere Linie) regierte von 1698 an. - Gruß an seine "freundschaftlich vielgeliebte Frau Muhme" zum bevorstehenden Jahreswechsel. Christine (1645 - 1705), Tochter des Markgrafen Friedrich VI. von Baden-Durlach, heiratete in erster Ehe den Markgrafen Albrecht von Brandenburg-Ansbach, der 1667 verstarb. 1681 heiratete sie dann Friedrich I. Herzog von Sachsen-Gotha-Altenburg. Sie starb am 21. Dezember 1705 und hat diesen Brief vermutlich nicht mehr gelesen. Faltspuren, durch Öffnen des Briefes im Rand Papierverlust 5 x 15 cm, Siegel vollständig erhalten.
