"The numbering of the lines follows that of the Cambridge edition, the text of which is used in this edition". 8vo. Handsome half morocco and blue cloth stamped in gilt on spine. Two raised bands on spine. Copyright 1906, 1907 and 1908. Index to proper names and songs and glossary in volume 20. A nice set. Top page edges in bright gilt. Foredges uncut. Blue marbled endpages. Each original frontispiece by a different artist with tissues. University Press. Ex college library with a bookplate and a few marks - lower inch of spine in black. No library label on spine. Several volumes have a little wear at edges and corners - volume 14 has a piece of leather missing at bottom corner of spine. Front leather hinge of vol. 19 repaired. Tight. Text in bright, clean condition. Leather in nice flexible condition. Very good condition. .
