A study of goverment beginning with elements known to the student and expanding the knowledge. Blue-gray cloth binding with black titles on front cover, gilt titles on spine. Gilt faded, some edge wear, two small flaws at bottom of front cover near spine, corners and spine ends bumped, spotting, small stains and minor scuffs, end papers foxed and tanned, interior pages lightly tanned with no obvious marks or notations, binding tight.
