(ca 1894); approx. 9 x 6; newsprint stock, printed in black; margins chipped, but affecting only two characters of the first line in text; old, faint fold lines; good to very good condition.An apparently unrecorded broadside, advertising the trade of the only true descendant of the old Gypsy Queen Erdo - Gertrude Erdo. She is said to have been born with a double veil (caul - a membrane that can cover a newborn's head, which is believed to endow supernatural powers), and is able to remove dark clouds hanging over families, obliterate financial troubles, and tell young ladies all there is to know about their intended husbands. Part of the broadside is in verse.
