Minor tanning to pages with pen and pencil inscriptions to front endpaper and rough cut edges to the text block. Boards have minor rubbing and light bumping to corners. Fair crushing to spine ends as well.

Chicago, privately printed, 1915. 56pp. Illus. Original cloth(front cover has some light wear to gold margins), . First edition. Graff 749. Printed in a small edition for friends on this Scottish entrepreneur who became a leader in the American cattle trade. Not in Eberstadt, Decker or Adams Herd. On front flyleaf pasted down is a Christmas card from Clay, Robinson and co. Also, there is a long note about this copy from Dean Stebbins(son of Roy Stebbins)
