Quarto, 10 1/4", 223 pages, white titles on illustrated red cloth; b&w photographs; map (in color); bibliography for reading material. A good+, clean hardcover overall with moderate exterior wear and rubbing at the fore-corner edges. Interior is in very good condition - hinges and binding solid, paper clean, lightly yellowed, with some slight finger stains at several margins, and a previous owner's bookplate on the front end paper. This is the publisher's original binding.
