Book measures 9 1/2" by 12 1/4". jacket shows oderate to heavy shelfwear. A number of small tears at edges, particularly on rear. Small stain on front on top of the 'a' in 'legacy'. Jacket is now in brodart. Yellow cloth is nice and clean, beautiful gold embossed farm house and trees on front. Near fine except for one corner is bumped and boards are very slightly bowed. Gold endpapers. Interior is clean. 96 plates. 144p.. First Edition. Cloth. Very Good/Good. Illus. by E. M. "Buck " Schiwetz. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
