Book desription: W. B. Saunders Company, 1992. Volumes 1-4. This 4-book set was originally the property of a U.S. Community Army Hospital. Each book has a piece of tape on the spine which covered a library sticker at one time. The top of the sticker has been removed, but the unprinted white bottom remains attached to the cover. The stickers and stamps on the inside of the front and back covers were scribbled over with black ink when the books were withdrawn from the hospital's library (the black ink on the front endpaper created a pink stain on the next page, the Title Page). The library's name, which was stamped on the three outer edges of the pages, has been scribbled over with black ink, as well. Finally, the word "Salvage" is stamped on the front endpaper and on the inside of the back cover. The pages are crisp, white and clean. Three books have no creases, but one page in the March issue has a small crease at the top corner. The covers are in very nice condition. The four books in this set are: [1] Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology (Vol. 19, No. 1, March 1992); [2] Premature Rupture of Membranes (Vol. 19, No. 2, June 1992); [3] Antiobiotic Use in Obstetrics and Gynecology (Vol. 19, No. 3, September 1992); [4] Medical Complications During Pregnancy (Vol. 19, No. 4, December 1992).. Hardcover. Good/No Jacket As Issued. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Ex-Library.
