DescriptionSelf-published A beautiful engraved portrait of one-time Governor of Pennsylvania, George M. Leader, boldly signed and inscribed by him to Freddy Mann, principle founder of the Mann Center for the Performing Arts, in Philadelphia. The engraving was done by the noted portrait artist, Harry S. Moskovitz, who's portrait credits include- Franklin D. Roosevelt, Harry S. Truman, Bob Hope, James Putnam Goodrich (Gov. of Indiana), Arthur H. James (Gov. of Pennsylvania), Cornelius Vanderbilt, Leopold Stokowski (conductor), and hundreds of other persons of note. It comes in its original 18.5 inch by 14.5 inch frame, with glass.
