Green cloth boards have light spotting and rubbing with somewhat dulled gilt print and design on front board and on spine. Three dark spots on upper right corner of front boards and also on bottom edge of both front and rear boards. Front hinge has begun to split with frequent openings to signatures, but book is sturdy. Corners and spine ends are worn with light fraying of cloth.Top and bottom page edges have some spotting. Previous owner's name on front free end paper - text block is clean. Paper is tanned..
