There is some light rubbing and edge wear to corners of dust jacket. Rear spine joint has one small tear which looks like a fingernail went through (mostly closed). Top rear edge of dust jacket has a couple of very small edge tears, as does top front flap edge. Overall, a very good+ copy. "The year is 1927.
