There are seven regulations, all interesting. No. 2: Stockholders and subscribers, are allowed to take out one book if it be a folio, quarto, or octavo; and one book or set of books, not exceeding two volumes, if it be a duodecimo or of a smaller size and retain the same two weeks from delivery.
