Book summary

Dave Riley is back, now as a civilian security specialist hired to protect a news correspondent on her trip to cover the civil war in Angola. When they arrive, they get word that Green Beret forces have been beaten down by an airborne plague that the epidemiologists are calling Z. When Riley's help is enlisted to track down the cause of the plague, he finds that it is not a result of nature gone awry, but of one man's greed. Diamond mogul Peter Van Wyks has not only spread the virus, but he has stockpiled the vaccine. Riley's mission now is to retrieve the vaccine from Van Wyks' heavily guarded headquarters.
