Book description: Bethel Twp, Lebanon Co, PA, 1859. not bound. Very Good. Printed broadsheet, 2pp, accomplished in a neat, legible hand. By this very detailed deed, John and Luzetta Paine sold the two tracts for $2,948. The front panel and heading were printed by the Lebanon Courier job shop. When the deed is folded, one sees that the front panel is embellished by pen and ink, and decorated with simple Pennsylvania-German fraktur devices in several colors. 18" x 11".
