For health reasons a wealthy business magnate sells his company and purchases a country estate next what has now become the book-collecting epicentre of the UK, Hay-on-Wye, where he quickly becomes embroiled in strange goings-on. Scarce mystery novel by a relatively obscure publisher. Possible supernatural interest - there are early references to haunted rooms etc - but I suspect this is rationalised.
