We cannot issue refunds for items which buyers claim never arrived or arrived damaged (nor, of course, for items damaged while in their custody). Within the Unites States, all items are shipped Media or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, which should alleviate buyer concerns about lost shipments. Delivery confirmation is not available for many international destinations.
