You are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs, if your book does not arrive between the estimated delivery date + 15 days and the estimated delivery date + 30 days. (For example if your estimated delivery date was November 1st, you would be eligible for a refund if the book still had not arrived by November 16th. You could initiate the return until December 1st.) 3. Changed Your Mind If you’ve changed your mind about a book that you’ve ordered, please contact me directly to request a return.
