Volume 4 presents an obvious repair at front hinge which has somewhat darkened that area ( covers well attatched). A Very Good, clean, attractive set.. 8vo (6" x 9").. Illustrated with illuminated chromolithographic Limitation and Title page and further by tissue-guarded duotone plates after original drawings by eminent French and American artists. A splendid opus of France's most masterfull story teller. This limited edition set was the first complete collection of the authors work to be published in English. Quite scarce.
