Payment for books purchased may be made by Visa, Mastercard or Paypal, personal or bank cheque (in your currency) or money order. We also accept Direct Debit from New Zealand customers, and Biblio will process Amex, Diners and Discover for us.
We are very conservative with our book descriptions, detailing all faults as accurately as possible - when in doubt we downgrade. Any item found to be not as described may be returned within 14 days and your money cheerfully refunded.
Postage is extra, we are happy to quote postal costs prior to ordering. Please specify economy air or airmail postage. We use quality packaging: plastic waterproof bags, bubble-wrap, cardboard if required, heavy-duty brown paper, and heavy-duty tape. Parcels are posted the day after the receipt of a firm order and we always email you with the expected date of arrival.
