This copy is very good, clean and fresh with white page edges and sharp lines. Little wear clean internal pages. Sounds like I am describing a good coffee and like a good coffee, this book has one small stain on the back cover along the fore-edge side towards the top corner. Only small about 1 inch by half an inch and if you don't look closely, seems a part of the cover. Doesn't detract from the very good condition of this copy. This book covers almost everything about coffee. From it's history to it's brewing and preparing and it gives valuable information and hints for any prospective barista.
