1952 Houghton Mifflin (appears 1st Ed) hardback/no dustjacket, lib. binding, ex-library w/usual marks, stamps, writing, inside front cover has 3"x4" top layer tear where card pocket used to be, other than lib. writing on inside front cover (small amount), other than previously noted writing, pages are clean and tear free, page edges lightly yellowed due to age, orangy/peachy outer cover w/black lettering & cover illustrations, small amount of black glue residue at top of spine (& a 1/2" on f & b overlap, kind of blends w/black lettering)spine ends & corners lightly bumped, light soiling on back cover, dewey decimal on spine at bottom, tight binding, VHTF.
