Original brown cloth over boards, with gilt illustration of a fisherman, fish, and a deer's head on front cover, gilt lettering on spine, iv + 376 pp., illustrated in b & w and with 14 color plates of fish, one of deer, and one of a pheasant, all by Denton. All plates are present and in excellent condition except for one which has a small smudge at top edge not affecting the image. Interior is clean, no writing or markings. Corners and spine ends bumped, some scuffing/rubbing of covers, especially back cover, inner hinge cracked and while binding is OK, the covers "wiggle" or are a bit loose.
