SIGNED and INSCRIBED by the author on the front end page: 'For Kris [last name] - With best wishes, Stephen King 8/9/93'. An excellent, authentic example of King's writing and signature. The book is straight, clean, tight, has no previous owner handwriting or soiling, and would be graded fine except that it has a remainder mark on the bottom page edges and slight rubbing to the gilt of the 'SK' on the lower front cover (no problems with the gilt printing on the spine). The dustjacket is in near fine + condition: price intact, clean, crisp, unfaded, with only one short, completely closed edge tear with no loss of material to the upper front edge, and it is in a removable clear mylar cover to keep it in excellent condition.
