(1) North American orders:
a. USPS 'Media': US$4.50 for first book, US$3.00 each additional item; may be more for unusually large and heavy volumes; allow up to 1-3 weeks for delivery. Multiple-volume sets s/h charges are adjustible downwards. Shipments to Canada are via USPS 'Global Priority' @ US$7.00.
b. USPS 'Priority': US$5.50 for first item, US$4.00 each additional item.
(2) Outside North America:
USPS 'First Class International' @ US$16.00.
