SIGNED on the limitation page by Robert R. McCammon, the author, and by Charles Lang, the illustrator. The book is in fine condition - straight, clean, tight, with no handwriting other than the author's and illustrator's signatures and the number on the limitation page, and with no soiling or other damage. The dustjacket is also in fine condition - crisp, clean, unfaded with no tears, chips or wear. The slipcase is in near fine plus condition - no damage or wear; a couple of tiny surface-only rubs to the cloth. A deluxe rendition of this after-the-apocalypse tale that was first published in 1987 as a paperback only. An extremely well written and very interesting story, rivaling King's 'The Stand' in scope and world-building (and length!) though the focus is quite different. ; Color Illustrations; Signed by Author .
