Jacket is worn and soiled and there are some chips and tears along the edges. The book itself is very good+. Dark blue cloth with bright gold titles and same portrait as jacket. Cloth is lightly faded at top edge. Points are a little soft. Head and tail of spine are bumped. Cloth is clean. Endpapers are yellowing. Text is printed on glossy paper. Each poem has a black and white drawing. Introduction by Louis Frechette, in French. Poems are in English. 137p.. Cloth. Very Good/Good. Illus. by Frederick Simpson Coburn. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
