We ship using the US Postal Service. As a rule of thumb, shipping fees are as follows:
Small or Medium Books-Media Mail--$4.00 for the first book, $2.00 for each additional book.
Priority Mail--$6.00 for the first book, $3.00 for each additional book
Large orders, sets, and/or heavy books will be figured on weight and destination. Email us for a precise quote.
For International we ship Global Priority Flat Rate to Countries that have it. For large and heavy books, and for countries with no Global Priority, we ship Air Mail and will quote shipping price based on the weight and destination.
We will be glad to insure any items on request, at cost: $1.70 up to $50.00, $2.00 for each additional $100 of coverage for US shipments. Email us for details and quote.
You can pay through Biblio with any credit card; through PayPal with any credit or debit card, checking or savings account; or with us directly using Check or Money order drawn on/payable in US Dollars by a US bank. Make checks and MOs payable to Ann Polizzi. Send PayPal payment to book-barn@earthlink.net, or email requesting a PayPal invoice. Personal Checks require a 7 business-day clearing period after arrival. We will hold books for 14 days for all firm sales.
All titles have been described honestly and accurately to the best of our ability. You may return a book for any reason. If the book was not described correctly, we will refund shipping as well as the purchase price. If the return is made for other reasons, we will refund the purchase price only. Please email us within 7 days of receiving the book, notifying us of your intention to return, and ship the book back within 3 days of giving us notice. The book must arrive in the same condition that we shipped it. We ship our books in sealed air bubble envelopes, with additional padding as required.
