DescriptionNew York: Spiral Press, 1926 unpaginated: A wonderful and rare livre d'artiste of the 1920, of poems and woodcuts by the German/American artist, published by the Spiral Press in a LIMITED EDITION OF 350 NUMBERED COPIES. Originally produced in grey paper boards with a modernist design of cubes, lines and dots by Weber (now usually quite soiled and drab) with a fragile cloth spine, this copy has been recased in a SPECIAL, SIGNED BINDING in tan, black and red leather using Weber's design; with matching marbled endpapers and color-coordinated endpapers. This copy is also SIGNED BY WEBER in a personal dedication (to a Rabbi), signed at Great Neck, Jan. 20, '32. A unique copy in superb condition. The book is also noteworthy as the first printed with the Spiral Press imprint by Blumenthal and Hoffman.. First Edition. Full Leather. Fine.
