U.S. SHIPPING: Standard shipping is by USPS Media Mail (usually arrives 4 to 14 business days after shipping but may take longer--always longer for Alaska and Hawaii). Expedited shipping is by USPS Priority Mail (usually arrives 2 to 4 business days after shipping).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I use USPS First Class Mail International for lightweight packages and USPS Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelopes, with cardboard protection inside, for heavier packages. Packages sent by either method usually arrive in 1 to 2 weeks. If your order will not fit in a Flat Rate Envelope, it is likely that shipping will cost substantially more. If so, I will contact you by e-mail with your options.
RETURNS: Your satisfaction with your purchase is important to me. If you need to return a purchase, please e-mail me for approval. Generally, I accept undamaged returns when postmarked within 14 days of your receipt and provide a refund for purchase price less the original shipping fee. If the return is due to my error, I refund the full purchase price (including the original shipping fee) and reimburse the return shipping cost.
