Billy Mitchell and written by the founder of the company that became Republic Aviation, Seversky propounds the theory that whoever rules the skies wins the war. This is a wartime copy. and the paper used during homefront conservation has yellowed. There is some moisture staining on the bottom of the pages and a red crayon mark on front free end paper. Tight and sound. Black boards with gilt print on spine still bright. Dust jacket has significant closed tear on front middle and moisture staining on the back which is a plea for War Bonds. There is chipping on corners and edges with loss especially on spine ends. It has been repaired with tape on two places on bottom edge. It is intact and now in a protective cover.. 1943 Reprint.
