Delivery Times

Customs and Duty

Damaged Goods
All our books are carefully packed by hand. Should your order be damaged in transit please save all packaging and contact us at aftercare@dbex.co.uk giving us details of your order and a description of the damage.
Delivery Charges
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or the goods are damaged, or you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to refund all delivery charges incurred by you. In all other circumstances where Discipulus Book Exchange is not at fault, delivery costs will become your responsibility.

Cancelling an Item
Under the United Kingdom\'s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. Exceptions are any item ordered specifically for you.
To cancel an order, please send your complaint in writing, giving the reason for the return as \"Contract cancellation\". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we are in receipt within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the goods to you in error, the goods are damaged, or you are not absolutely satisfied with the quality of your goods. If we do not receive the goods back from you, we may arrange for collection of the goods from your residence at your expense. Please be aware that during this collection process, you will not be able to cancel any contracts for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for those goods.
