Cover is red cloth on boards, black lettering on spine, also "11" framed on rear , otherwise bright, tight and clean. Endpapers have tape stains and 2 small discolourations. Otherwise good. Half-title page mint cond. Title page has library discard stamps marked out with black fel t pen. Some bleed through on next 2 pages. First page of chap 2 has tear (intact). Text has wonderufl b/w photos of atomic submarines; drawings, graphs. One drawing which carries 16 Polaris guided mi s sl es. Drawings are exceptional. Followed by index. Rear endpapers have had lib pocket removed. In spite of being ex-lib there is much to commend this slim volume. Overall cond: fair-good..
