Book summary

Horse rancher Samantha Harrigan and veterinarian Tucker Coulter spent their first night together in jail, after getting into a brawl at a rodeo with a man who was mistreating his horse. They are soon brought together again, when Samantha's champion horses get sick, and she calls on Tucker for his help. They quickly realize they have more in common than their love of animals, and sparks fly. But trouble looms, when Samantha's horses continue to fall ill, and people begin to suspect that someone is poisoning them. People point fingers at Samantha, and she and Tucker must race to catch the real culprit, if they are to save her horses, and their relationship. Catherine Anderson delivers another heartwarming, down-home romance, with a hint of mystery.
