Light shelf/edge wear, light rubbing, small closed tear at rear, insect nibbling at top corner of first two leaves (does not effect any plates), owership signature at front inside wrap, else bright and clean. Oblong 8vo. np (32pp). Illus. (b/w plates). From the library of noted architect and writer on architecture, J. Sadler. Sadler was prone to marginalia and laying in clippings and ephemera related to a given bookÕs subject. The presence of marginal notes or marks will be noted above and are absent if not so noted. Noted flaws notwithstanding, a very presentable copy of this increasingly scarce sovenier volume.
