Bookseller Terms of Sale

No direct credit card orders, please. Credit card orders may be made either through Paypal or through Biblio.com. Personal cheques or International (outside Canada) money orders made payable to W. Fraser Sandercombe. Within Canada, e-mail money transfers work out just fine. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may (on rare occasions) contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. If it is underweight, we normally refund a portion of the automatically generated shipping charges. Please note that surface shipping to U.S. destinations is usually cheaper than shipping to Canadian destinations. For instance, the average paperback to the U.S. runs between $4.00 and $6.00 while the average hardcover costs around $6.00. All books are mailed within two business days of receiving payment. If you decide, for any reason, you don't want the book after all, you may contact us within one week and we'll arrange a return. Drop-ships are welcomed but no refunds can be given on a book sent to a third party.
