The book is in near fine, bright, tight and clean condition, except for lightly tanned pages, and light wear to tips and spine ends. In a very good, clean dust jacket, slightly tanned (mostly at spine and flap folds) a few very tiny chips, and a 3" tear along fold of front flap.
