In order to make books of this character available to scholars and book-collectors, a society has been formed, the be known as AVENTUROS. The society will publish from time to time such books as are deemed worth. It is proposed to make these books into such fine examples of the printer's and the bookbinder's art that they will be eagerly sought by booklovers and connoisseurs and will thereby increase in value from year to year. The books printed by the society will be issued to subscribing members only and will not be for sale." Overall, a handsome set.
