USA only: Book/Media Rate (2-4 week delivery) is $6.00 - $12.00** for the first book ordered, + $1.00 for each additional book ordered the same day (or within 2 hours). Shipping is dependent upon weight and zip code. Orders outside the continental US, but within US jurisdiction will be quoted. Books may be returned within 10 days if not as described. NJ residents add 7% sales tax. International orders are welcome. Any book that will fit into the (global) priority PAPERBOARD envelope will be automatically shipped: Global Priority (4-10 day delivery) for $14.00** ($12.00** Canada only).
