Fine binding, blue cloth with gold lettering on spine only. No markings inside or out. Unclipped dj has some chipping at top and bottom of spine and a three inch tear at fore edge of back board; binding has been repaired and reinforced. 469 pages. . First Edition. Hard Cover.
