Book description: First edition, handsomely bound in half calf leather by Zaehnsdorf. Raised spine bands, gilt titles, marbled boards, 316pp top edge gilt, marbled endpapers. Slight perishment to titles; minor wear / rubbing along leather edge; corners nicked. A very good sturdy copy. I would imagine that the wear to the leather could be easily remedied with wax polish. A very desirable book in an impressive, handsome circa 1920s binding.
