If an item is lost or damaged in transit, or was wrongly described, or we have sent the wrong item, please email us at biblio@booksort.com. We will put things right or refund your money. We will usually accept a return (in the same condition), but in this case we will ask you to pay the postage both ways. Our stock is in the UK. We accept orders for many books due to be published soon in the UK: these will be despatched within a day or two of release. Our prices assume credit or debit card payment direct to us using MasterCard, Solo, Switch, UK Maestro, Visa, Visa Delta, or Visa Electron. You can also use PayPal or another card through Biblio, but we will usually need to ask you for an extra amount to cover the cost of this. Prices are set in GBP (UK pounds) and this is the currency we will use to charge your card. The banks will decide the conversion rate to your own currency, and this may not be the same rate Biblio used when you ordered the goods. Shipping charges are shown for an average book weighing less than 300g. Our descriptions include weights so you can see when there is likely to be an extra charge.
