Bookseller Terms of Sale
Each book is inspected a minimum of three times before it is shipped to the customer. However, mistakes can be made. A few pages might have minor underlining or highlighting that might not have been noticed for some reason. The edition of the book might be incorrect. One time a customer took one look at the book and decided that he no longer desired it. In most book sells, the book is described accurately and the customer desires the book that they ordered. A customer might write me after they have received the book and ask for small financial credit because of something that was overlooked. But in some cases the book must be returned. If you must return the book because returning it is the only solution, there will be a 20% restocking fee retrieved from the cost of the book. Let\'s say that the cost of the book is $7.95. At your request, I mail the book out to you by media mail. The book takes two weeks to arrive and you decide that you no longer desire it. I\'m going to charge you 20% of $7.95 as a restocking fee. I will send for the book. I will return your payment, minus 20%, when the book is returned to me. |
