Judge Lindsey, by his own account, was a political reformer who took on a corrupt machine operated by and for the benefit of major corporations in Denver during a time still notorious for such evils. Books are offered subject to prior sale. You may return any book within 14 days for a refund; if it was not as described, we will also refund return shipping costs (but please e-mail us first). We ship books upon receipt of payment by check or money order, or you can place credit card orders through Biblio. We can accept foreign checks from many countries, and will quote a price in your local currency upon request. Customers located in Minnesota will be charged 6.5% state sales tax, plus city or county sales tax where applicable. SHIPPING IN UNITED STATES: Book Rate shipping within the United States is $4.35 for the first volume, $1.45 for each additional volume. We will ship via Priority Mail for $11.40 per order (Save on multiple-book orders!). INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We will ship as many volumes as will fit in a Priority Mail International flat rate box for $28.35 to Canada or Mexico, or $45.20 elsewhere. For books under 4 lbs., the international rate shown in the order form will be REDUCED to actual cost (estimated postage plus $1 per order for packaging and 5% for other costs) before your credit card is charged, or we will inform you of actual charges before you send your check.
