Patterned end papers with the text block edges dyed red and polished and a ribbon book marker set into each volume. Mild foxing present on the preliminary pages and blank end pages of each volume with some darkening, dust soiling and minor spotting to the text block head edges of all. The volumes show minimal wear and appear to have been little used before being rebound and never used since being rebound. A handsome and complete set in an almost fine condition. .
