The dust jacket of this ex-library book is in a protective cover that has been glued to the front and rear paste downs, although the jacket has come loose from the front paste down. The jacket appears to be in good condition. There is a sticker on the lower spine, extending across the front to about 2" noting this to be a library edition. The call number is printed on a sticker found on the bottom of the spine. There is a 1/4" closed tear on the top of the front flap in an area that is creased. The library name stamp on the top page edges has been obliterated with black marker. There is a withdrawn stamp on the front free end paper and the library name is stamped on the title page. The call number is printed in pencil on the top of the copyright page. The card pocket is glued to the obverse of the rear free end paper and there is a withdrawn stamp nearby. A sticker on the top of the same page has been covered over in black marker. The binding is tight.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/Good. Illus. by Parnall, Peter.
